  2. Nice video,,, my question is at a time flat, incline n decline all included right all 12 exercises in one day performs means any issue,,,,?

  3. Love that standing bench machine , nice to see some gums still offer different bodybuilding equipment. Never tried the two plates held together and " press" out , will give that one a shot
