Do you know how to ensure a regular backup using mobile data as opposed to using a wifi connection? I have a mobile plan with unlimited data now and have cancelled my home wifi.

I have an iPhone6 and I recently got an IPhone8 but I have an iPad and they all take backup storage so can I delete one of the backups like the iPhone6 I really think that will kinda lower my storage because my storage space is almost full on iCloud
