INGREDIENTS (2 loaf pans of 20 x 7 x 7 cm)

* Dough A

280 gram bread flour
3 gram (1 teaspoon) instant yeast
170 – 180 gram water

* Dough B

140 gram bread flour
30 gram icing/ granulated sugar (if you prefer a sweet bread, add 40 – 50 g)
2 gram (½ tsp salt)
1.5 gram (½ tsp) instant yeast
80 gram condensed milk
20 gram unsalted butter
1 egg (medium size)

Chị ơi, trên web công thức chị ghi ở phần bột B lượng bơ là 30gr nhưng ở trên clip lại ghi là 20gr ạ. Em làm theo ct trên web thì bột khá ướt, nên em nghĩ 20gr chắc là ổn rồi chị ạ.

Tại sao mình nhồi bột dù lâu cũng không thể kéo màng được vậy? Mình dùng bột hoa ngọc lan, protein 10-11,5% . Hay chỉ có bột số 13 thì bột mới kéo màng được? Mong bạn phản hồi. Thank you!
